My device is not syncing to DataViewer

Unplug everything and then re-plug it back into the machine. Restart your computer and open up DataViewer and try syncing device. If that does not work, try uninstalling and then reinstalling DataViewer and connect all parts back to computer and Z1/Z2 device. Hit F10, press “clear database” and then hit sync device.
